In our modern bulk manufacturing department, we can offer the manufacturing sizes and production types that meet your requirements. All processes are "Made in Germany". We can process large quantities just as well as small batches from 85 kg. Our high-quality boilers and systems are continuously maintained. The skilled workers (chemical technicians) have been in the workforce for many years and are further qualified every year.
We accompany your scaling-up process to ensure a safe transfer from the laboratory scale to a sample approach to the production approach.

Flexible and individual batch size management and a considerable range of services make us a valuable partner for our customers – even for small batch sizes. COSMETIC SERVICE has 4 vacuum preparation kettles of 150kg, 500kg, 1,000kg and 2,000kg, in which we can set, heat, cool, stir, homogenize, emulsify and vacuum draw. The boilers of the company FrymaKoruma AG from Switzerland are made of high-quality V2A. We also have melting tanks for our hot filling of waxes, pastes, sticks and other solid products. Open agitators for impregnation solutions and manufacturing equipment for perfume production complement the systems. We produce for our own bottling, but also supply customers worldwide with hobbies, canisters, kegs, IBCs, TPS folding containers for self-filling.
