GraVo acquires WAREG and COOLIKE, expanding its group of companies to include wet wipes, hygiene products, and specialized packaging solutions
Merger Strengthens European Manufacturing and Services Group for Cosmetics, Perfumes, Wet Wipes, Hygiene Products, Scented Candles, and Flexible and Industrial Contract Manufacturing
Eppertshausen/Bensheim, June 24, 2026 – GraVo Beteiligungsgesellschaft mbH is acquiring WAREG Verpackungs-GmbH and COOLIKE-Regnery GmbH. With this transaction, GraVo is strategically expanding its group of companies to include additional production and development expertise in the areas of wet wipes, sachets, flow packs, hygiene products, disinfectant products, and specialized filling and packaging solutions.
WAREG and COOLIKE’s existing locations, established expertise, and familiar points of contact are to be retained and consistently developed further within the group. The parties have agreed not to disclose the purchase price or other financial details of the transaction.
“With WAREG and COOLIKE, we are gaining two companies with extensive experience, established customer relationships, and highly interesting production capabilities. Together, we are creating an exceptionally broad range of services—from product concept and formulation development through manufacturing and bottling to packaging and market launch,” explains Klaus Grabowsky, Managing Director of GraVo Beteiligungsgesellschaft mbH.
WAREG: Production and outsourcing partner for filling, packaging, and full-service projects
WAREG Verpackungs-GmbH, headquartered in Bensheim, was founded in 1984 and has grown from a small contract filling operation into an established manufacturing company with approximately 80 employees. The company specializes in contract manufacturing, contract filling, and contract packaging of products in the personal care, cosmetics, cleaning, hygiene, and disinfection sectors.
Services include, among other things, the manufacture of liquids, active ingredient solutions, and emulsions based on customer or in-house formulations; filling into various types of primary packaging; the production and packaging of sachets and flow packs; the filling of stand-up pouches and tear-off containers; filling into spray bottles; as well as assembly and contract packaging.
WAREG strategically complements the group’s existing portfolio, particularly in the area of flexible packaging formats. Upon request, customers can implement the entire process—from product development through manufacturing and filling to packaging and the final, ready-to-ship product—within a coordinated project framework.
COOLIKE: Experts in wet wipes since 1979
COOLIKE-Regnery GmbH has specialized in the development and marketing of wet wipes since 1979. The family-owned company offers a variety of wipe materials, package sizes, and application concepts for cosmetics, personal care, refreshment, wellness, cleaning, hygiene, disinfection, travel, leisure, food service, promotional items, and private-label products.
Thanks to the partnership between COOLIKE and WAREG, customers will be able to choose from both existing product concepts and custom-developed wet wipe solutions in the future. Development, liquid production, wipe assembly, packaging, and marketing can now be more closely integrated within the corporate group.
Complementary competencies along the value chain
WAREG and COOLIKE join a group that already brings together specialized companies across the value chain for cosmetics, perfumes, and lifestyle products. Cosmetic Service specializes in industrial cosmetics and perfume production, including formulation development, scale-up, the manufacture of emulsions, gels, liquids, and perfumes, as well as fully automated filling of large production runs.
As the central point of contact, CSE-Cosmetics handles project management, product and concept development, formulation and product briefings, packaging selection, procurement, cost calculation, production control, and regulatory support through to market launch.
B4U Laboratories d.o.o. in Slovenia is expanding the group’s offerings to include flexible production solutions for startups, niche brands, premium concepts, and smaller market launches. These include small- and medium-volume runs, semi-automatic and manual filling, sample runs, test-market productions, white-label and private-label concepts, and sophisticated hand-packaging.
Asterblume is expanding its portfolio to include scented candles and home fragrance products. This allows cosmetics and perfume brands to expand their product lines with complementary home fragrance and lifestyle concepts—from custom scented candles to gift and promotional sets, all the way to coordinated fragrance collections.

A single point of contact for a wide range of services
The merger creates a corporate group capable of producing products in a wide range of quantities, packaging formats, and product categories. The combined portfolio ranges from cosmetics and skincare to personal care, hair care, perfume, wet wipes, hygiene and disinfection products, cleaning products, sachets, flow packs, stand-up pouches, bottles, tubes, jars, airless packaging, and gift sets, all the way to scented candles and home fragrances.
This results in concrete operational benefits for both existing and new customers: a wider selection of product and packaging formats; production capabilities for small-batch runs, market tests, medium-volume production, and large-scale industrial production; shorter development and decision-making processes; and more options for product families and complete product lines.
A product can initially be introduced in small quantities and, as demand within the group grows, transitioned to larger production facilities. At the same time, multiple production sites and different technical specializations increase flexibility in capacity planning, handling order peaks, and meeting short-term customer requirements.
Joint Growth Strategy
WAREG and COOLIKE are to retain their identities, their proven expertise, and their existing customer relationships. At the same time, both companies will be integrated into the group’s sales, development, and production structures.
“Our goal is not to standardize successful companies. We want to preserve their individual strengths and intelligently combine them,” emphasizes Klaus Grabowsky. “Our customers should benefit from a broader range of services, greater production flexibility, shorter supply chains, and greater security of supply.”
With this acquisition, GraVo is continuing its strategy of bringing together specialized companies from the cosmetics, fragrance, packaging, hygiene, and lifestyle sectors to form a high-performing European manufacturing and services group.

Upon completion of the transaction, the group will include Cosmetic Service GmbH, CSE-Cosmetics, B4U Laboratories d.o.o., Asterblume, WAREG Verpackungs-GmbH, and COOLIKE-Regnery GmbH. The group supports brands and retail companies from the initial product concept through development, regulatory affairs, and packaging procurement to manufacturing, filling, packaging, and delivery.

CosmeticBusiness 2026: A Successful Trade Show Appearance with a Fresh Look
CosmeticBusiness 2026 in Munich was a resounding success for Cosmetic Service GmbH. As a key B2B industry gathering for cosmetics companies and their suppliers, the trade show provided the ideal setting to strengthen existing relationships, initiate new discussions, and develop concrete project plans for the coming months.
Cosmetic Service GmbH at CosmeticBusiness 2026
This year, our trade show presence had a special theme: our new corporate identity and fresh brand look. With a clearer visual language, modern design, and a clean, uncluttered look, we were able to showcase what Cosmetic Service GmbH stands for today: experience, reliability, quality, and a forward-looking approach to the development, manufacture, and filling of cosmetic products.
Fruitful discussions, concrete projects, and strong momentum
During the trade show, we had the opportunity to engage in numerous interesting conversations with cosmetics brands, startups, retail companies, and industry partners. We were particularly pleased with the high quality of the inquiries: Many of the discussions focused not only on initial ideas, but also on concrete project plans, short-term production needs, new product concepts, and planned market launches.
The focus was particularly on the manufacture and filling of skincare products, flexible solutions for jars, bottles, tubes, dispensers, and other packaging materials, as well as scalable production models for brands, private labels, and retail projects.
On-site and in person—with expertise across all areas
A key part of our trade show presence was the opportunity for face-to-face interaction on-site. Our team was represented at CosmeticBusiness by members of senior management, authorized signatories, and representatives from supply chain management, production control, and project management.
This allowed us not only to provide general advice to clients and prospective clients, but also to examine specific issues directly from various perspectives—strategic, commercial, operational, and project-related.
Whether it was an initial product idea, a planned market launch, questions about feasibility, packaging selection, production planning, or delivery capacity: Our team was on hand to provide visitors with advice and support.
Our goal is not only to apply our expertise internally, but also to actively incorporate it into our customers’ projects. Close, personal coordination is crucial, especially when it comes to cosmetic products—from the initial inquiry through development and manufacturing to on-time filling and delivery.
Our new look: cleaner, more modern, closer to our customers
With our new corporate identity, we took an important step forward in raising our public profile at CosmeticBusiness 2026. The new look is more modern, fresh, and clear—while also reflecting our operational expertise.
Our goal was to convey the values of Cosmetic Service GmbH even more effectively: professional consulting, structured project implementation, high quality standards, and a collaborative approach to meeting our customers’ needs.
The new brand identity was very well received. In particular, the minimalist, modern design and the clear communication of our services allowed many visitors to quickly explore our portfolio.
Insights into Current Opportunities
A key topic of discussion at the trade show was our current production and filling capabilities. Flexible and reliable implementation partners are crucial, especially for cosmetics brands that want to launch new products on short notice, restock existing product lines in a timely manner, or take advantage of additional production windows for new projects.
Cosmetic Service GmbH offers solutions for this across key process steps—from project coordination through manufacturing and filling to the right packaging solution. Through efficient workflows and a high degree of process reliability, we help our customers bring products to market on time and with outstanding quality.

Modernization in Times of Crisis
Cosmetic Service is investing in the future to become even more attractive to cosmetics brands.
In May 2022, Cosmetic Service officially opened its new logistics center. The facility now offers approximately 1,900 pallet spaces in an efficient mobile racking system—which can operate autonomously—and 420 pallet spaces in a shuttle racking system.
The new high-bay warehouse has been completed and put into operation after nine months of construction. The equipment in the existing warehouse has also been modernized to make production processes more efficient and flexible. A new office building is currently under construction to provide a pleasant working environment for customers and employees.
The new logistics center supports the capacity expansion process launched in 2020 and ensures fast delivery times and flexible production.
