New fragrance regulation: act now!

The deadlines for the extended fragrance declaration for cosmetics in accordance with Regulation (EU) No. 2023/1545 in conjunction with the European Cosmetics Regulation Regulation (EC) No. 1223/2009 are approaching.

Until when does the previous regulation apply?

• July 31, 2026: for all new products
• July 31, 2028: for all products already on the market

From August 1, 2028, cosmetics may no longer be sold without the new label.
