- You have completed vocational training as a chemical technician, chemical production specialist, chemical plant junior worker or have an equivalent qualification in the chemical sector
- At least 3 years of experience in managing employees
- Organizational skills, assertiveness and an independent, solution-oriented way of working
- Very good written and spoken German as well as the use of common MS Office systems
- Willingness to work shifts

YOUR AREA OF RESPONSIBILITY
- Professional and disciplinary management responsibility for a team
- Interdepartmental cooperation with the laboratory and quality control
- Managing the timely completion of all orders
- Operation of process systems, feeding of mixing and phase containers
- Filling and decanting of raw materials and finished products
- Compliance with quality requirements, process parameters and their documentation in protocols
- Ensuring and monitoring compliance with applicable quality, GMP and safety standards in the manufacturing process
- Collaboration in the team and training of new employees
- Compliance with occupational safety, GMP and environmental protection guidelines
- Continuous optimization of existing processes
